			<description>I know that each branch of the military has their own physical requirements. However, I wanted to know if they were gender specific. The best way for me personally to make sure I am prepared for any kind of military service, is to train using the male guidelines. This lardy Soldier is getting himself off his big butt and training hard for my attempt at the Army Commando course next year so I thought I might do some Charity work at the same time

Am running the London 10km in boots and combats for Combat Stress
